Empowering Youth is a registered non-profit organisation (NPO: 242-292) based in Pietermaritzburg. We empower young people from semi-rural, rural and urban communities with education support, life skills, health information and opportunities to lead.
Rooted in the realities of the uMgungundlovu District, we walk alongside youth facing unemployment, poverty, gender-based violence and limited access to opportunities—helping them make informed decisions and build sustainable futures.

We combine school-based programmes, community outreach and one-on-one support to connect young people to information, role models and real opportunities.
